What is BABAA compliance?
Products for federally funded projects must:
- Be manufactured in the US.
- Contain at least 65% US-made components (rising to 75% by 2029).
Flexibility exists through waivers for unavailable or cost-prohibitive materials, reducing thresholds to 55% when necessary.
