Testing we offer

Finite element analysis

Using computer simulation, we can ensure our designs are structurally sound and optimized for air flow and refrigerant efficiency before we start production.

Temperature

Our products are tested to run reliably in extreme temperatures ranging from -40 to 122 degrees Fahrenheit (-40 to 55 degrees Celsius).

Dust

We ensure dust doesn’t infiltrate our products even during sandstorms.

Water and humidity

Your equipment is guaranteed to stay safe and dry with IP or NEMA testing against powerful rainstorms.

Corrosion

Our accelerated salt fog test is designed to simulate years of coastal exposure in just 30 days, so we ensure resilience against corrosion and rust.

Seismic activity

We conduct vibratory and seismic testing against the UL standard to ensure our products are structurally sound in the event of an earthquake.

Fire

In areas prone to brush fire or wildfire, testing the cabinets for fire resistance is a must.

Ballistic resistance

We test to ensure your equipment remains unharmed in the event of ballistic impact.
