Our story

With 25 years of engineering experience in infrastructure technology, our founder has had one aim: To keep pushing the boundaries for the most energy-efficient infrastructure.

Founded in 2011 but our story starts before that…

Our female founder is an engineer at heart. After a decade of working in industrial cooling supply, she saw a problem with cooling and power systems.

Taking infrastructure off the grid

They consumed a lot of power from the grid. She wanted to change that. So, she developed a system that could run on alternative power sources like battery and solar.

Lowering energy consumption

Vikinor technology used 40% less energy than what was available in the market at the time. This was possible because our founder looked at infrastructure systems as a whole and committed to optimizing percent by percent.

A sustainable life cycle

The Vikinor board of directors bring a wealth of expertise within wind power, cooling technology, and supply chain management, which makes it possible for us to make each step of our product life cycle efficient.
