We want you to be confident when ordering from Vikinor. Below you’ll find our return and warranty policies, including how to initiate a return and what is covered under warranty.
Returns
Eligibility
Returns are accepted for unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in new condition, free of installation marks, and include all original accessories and documentation.
How to start a return
- Contact our customer service team before sending any items back.
- Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
- Our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
Shipping for returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or incorrect. All returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method (FedEx, UPS, or similar).
Refunds
Refunds are processed once the product is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Warranty
Coverage
All Vikinor products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms vary by product category and are specified in the product documentation.
What’s not covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
How to file a warranty claim
- Contact customer service with the product model and serial number.
- Describe the issue and include any supporting information.
- Our team will review your request and provide next steps for inspection or replacement.

All prices shown are excluding sales tax. Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout.
